Features: 

The Lodging King series swather is the first domestic anti-lodging model independently developed in China, mainly designed to address the lodging problem of high-yield rice in autumn. 

This model can efficiently harvest rice in the same direction regardless of whether it is horizontally, vertically or diagonally fallen, achieving a loss reduction effect of 10% to 15%. It has abandoned the traditional manual straightening operation and significantly improved the harvesting efficiency. This model adopts a double-sided drive tool holder. 

Different from the traditional single-sided drive tool holder, the opposite transmission of the double-sided tool holders can cancel each other out the force effect, while enhancing the overall stability of the header, reducing the failure rate, and improving the overall operation efficiency. In addition, this model is also equipped with a patented anti-lodging snap device, whose extended structure can easily and effectively push away fallen crops. The overall structure is made of nylon material and has been reinforced and optimized to ensure that the grains are not damaged during operation. 

Application: 

It can be used in conjunction with tractors and harvesters for operations on various plots of different sizes. Grain crops, forage, medicinal materials, etc. can all be easily harvested.
